Paraplegia can occur after a spinal cord injury. It caused by damage to the vertebra ligaments or disks of the spinal column. Paraplegia is the loss of muscles functions in the lower half of the body including both legs. Legs tremble, give way when walking, Debility paralysis catalepsy, locomotor ataxia, loss of power of muscular control, Paralytic lameness of the back & extremities, Myelitis with marked spastic symptom.
