Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- You may request cancellation of your order before it is shipped.
- To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may return eligible items as per our return policy.
2. Cancellation by Lakshmi Homeopathy
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or non-compliance with our terms.
- If we cancel your order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered for: wrong product shipped, damaged or defective product, or order cancelled by us.
- Homoeopathic medicines that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
- Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return if received in damaged condition or if the wrong item was dispatched.
4. Refund Process
- Contact us with your order number and reason for refund. We may request photos or details for verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or as per applicable law) within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Bank or payment gateway processing times may cause additional delay before the amount reflects in your account.
5. Returns
- If a return is approved, you may be required to send the product back to us in unused, sealed condition (where applicable).
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error was on our side.
